These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Insi8's Website, located at https://www.insi8.com.sg.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Insi8 if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Accreditation and Compliance
Victory Travel Pte Ltd retains full ownership and control of its IATA accreditation, BSP authority, and GDS PCC.
The Sub-Agent is not permitted to use the Company’s IATA, PCC, or credentials for any purpose outside the Insi8 system.
All bookings, ticketing, and activities must comply with IATA, BSP, airline, and applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
Any misuse, violation, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
Booking Policy
All air bookings and ticket issuances must be completed exclusively through the Insi8 Platform.
The Sub-Agent is fully responsible for ensuring that all booking information, including passenger names, travel dates, and flight details, are correct prior to ticket issuance.
Once issued, airline fare rules and penalties apply strictly.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or block any booking that violates IATA or airline regulations.
Payment Terms
Ticket issuance is permitted only when the Sub-Agent maintains sufficient prepaid balance in their Insi8 account.
All deposits made to the Company are strictly non-refundable, but they do not expire and may be used at any time for future ticketing.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods such as bank transfer, PayNow, or other methods designated by the Company.
Any extension of credit is at the sole discretion of the Company and may be withdrawn without notice.
All bank and payment charges are the responsibility of the Sub-Agent.
If the Sub-Agent issues tickets exceeding their available deposit balance, the outstanding amount must be settled in full within seven (7) days from the date of issuance. Failure to make payment within the stated period will result in account suspension, forfeiture of commissions, and may lead to legal action for recovery of dues. Failure to maintain payment obligations may also result in permanent termination of account access.
Refunds, Reissues, and Cancellations
All refund, reissue, and cancellation requests must be processed through the Company and are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies.
Administrative fees may apply for processing such requests.
Refund turnaround time is determined by the airline, and the Company shall not be responsible for delays beyond its control.
Service charges or system fees are non-refundable.
Sub-Agents are not permitted to approach airlines directly for refunds or disputes on tickets issued under the Company’s IATA.
Commissions and Service Charges
Commissions and incentives are determined solely by the Company and may be changed at its discretion.
The Sub-Agent may add its own service charge to the end customer but is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
The Company reserves the right to adjust or revoke commission structures in accordance with airline or BSP policies.
Responsibility and Liability
The Sub-Agent is fully responsible for all bookings made under its account.
The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from data entry errors, fare changes, cancellations, system downtime, or issues beyond its control.
Any fines, Agency Debit Memos (ADMs), penalties, or charges issued by airlines or BSP due to the Sub-Agent’s error, negligence, or misuse must be fully borne by the Sub-Agent. The Company reserves the right to deduct such amounts from the Sub-Agent’s balance or recover them through legal means.
The Company’s maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the service fee charged for the affected transaction.
Fraud and Misuse
The Sub-Agent must not engage in fraudulent, speculative, or duplicate bookings.
Manipulation of fares, fake PNR creation, or booking holds without genuine customer intention is strictly prohibited.
If any fraudulent or chargeback activity occurs, the Sub-Agent is fully liable for all resulting losses, including airline ADM (Agency Debit Memos), penalties, and damages.
The Company may deduct such amounts from the Sub-Agent’s balance or restrict future system access.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All pricing, fare structures, commissions, and operational information provided by the Company must be treated as strictly confidential.
The Sub-Agent shall not share system access or confidential information with third parties.
Personal data of passengers must be collected and used solely for legitimate booking purposes in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Platform Access and Intellectual Property
The Insi8 system, including its software, content, and data, is the exclusive property of Victory Travel Pte Ltd.
The Sub-Agent is granted limited, revocable access for air ticketing purposes only.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or modification of system data or interface is prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to suspend access for misuse, maintenance, or security purposes.
Indemnification
The Sub-Agent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Victory Travel Pte Ltd from any loss, claim, penalty, or expense arising from:

Airline ADM, penalties, or chargebacks caused by the Sub-Agent
Payment default or negligence
Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate the Sub-Agent’s access without notice if there is evidence of non-payment, misuse, or policy violation.
Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.
The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions or deposits to offset losses or recover due amounts.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, system outages, or airline operational disruptions.
Amendments
The Company may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on the Insi8 Platform.
Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
